Seahawks' Abraham Lucas: Able to take part in OTAs
Lucas (abdomen) has been participating in the Seahawks' offseason training activities, Cameron Van Til of Seattle Sports reports.
Lucas suffered an injury to his abdomen late last season and was placed on IR ahead of Seattle's regular-season finale. Van Til reports that Lucas "appears to be in great shape and moving well" while working with the first-team offense during OTAs, so he seems to be mostly healthy again, though he implied Wednesday that he's not quite 100 percent. Lucas' health this season will be a key factor for Seattle's offensive line, as the 2022 third-rounder is slated to start at right tackle.

Seahawks' Anthony Bradford: Competing for starting role in OTAs
Bradford (ankle) is healthy for the Seahawks' offseason training activities and has seen some work with the first-team offense, Justin Melo of Seahawks Wire reports.
Bradford suffered an ankle injury against Arizona in Week 12 of last season and remained on IR for the remainder of the campaign. The LSU product started at right guard in all 11 of the games he participated in last year, and he could be in the running to reprise that role in 2025. Christian Haynes is also an option to take on the starting role, as is Sataoa Laumea, who took over as the starter following Bradford's injury last season.

Seahawks' DeMarcus Lawrence: Healthy to begin Seahawks tenure
Lawrence (foot) has been participating in OTAs, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Lawrence made only a brief cameo along with some other key pieces on defense, but that's enough to indicate that the veteran pass rusher is no longer hampered by the foot injury that sidelined him after Week 4 of the 2024 season. The injury didn't deter Seattle from signing Lawrence to a three-year, $42 million contract in March.

Seahawks' Ernest Jones: Progressing well in recovery
Jones' recovery from offseason knee surgery is "going as planned," Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
The inside linebacker, who signed a three-year, $33-million extension with the Seahawks in March, is participating in individual drills but not yet team drills during OTAs, per Condotta. Jones made 94 tackles in 10 games with Seattle last year after being traded by Tennessee. He has recorded over 100 tackles in three straight regular seasons.

Seahawks' Rylie Mills: Back from ACL injury
Mills (knee) was getting "half speed work" in during OTAs on Thursday, Corbin Smith of emeraldcityspectrum.com reports.
The defensive tackle and fifth-round pick appears to be back after missing Notre Dame's final three games during the College Football Playoff with what was at the time an undisclosed injury. Since then, it's been confirmed as an ACL injury, for which he underwent surgery, per Smith. Mills should be able to compete for a rotational role on Seattle's defensive line.

Seahawks' Mitch Van Vooren: Signs with Seattle
The Seahawks signed Van Vooren on Wednesday.
Van Vooren went undrafted out of St. Norbert after catching 33 passes for 510 yards and 10 touchdowns across 11 contests last season. He's a long shot to make the Seahawks' 53-man roster.

Seahawks' Riq Woolen: Active during OTAs
Woolen (ribs) participated during OTAs on Monday, Edwin Hooper of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Woolen exited from Seattle's final game of the 2024 season early with an injury to his ribs, but he now appears to be fresh for offseason workouts. Entering the final year of his rookie contract, he's already established himself as a reliable starter, missing just three games over three seasons. The Seahawks didn't add any competition at cornerback during the draft, so in 2025, Woolen projects to again be a strong second option at corner behind 2023 first-rounder Devon Witherspoon.

Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: On field for OTAs
Walker (ankle) is participating in Seattle's voluntary OTAs, per the team's official site.
Walker is pictured among teammates participating in the Seahawks' second week of OTAs, which began Monday. Now healthy and heading into the final year of his rookie deal, Walker's situation in Seattle's backfield remains familiar. If he can avoid the injury bug and stay 100 percent healthy, something Walker has struggled to accomplish through his first three seasons in the NFL, he looks entrenched as the starter ahead of Zach Charbonnet. The arrival of new starting quarterback Sam Darnold could allow this offense to take a step forward in 2025, while new offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak's scheme, which focuses on zone rushes, is an ideal fit for Walker's tough running style and explosiveness. Health remains the most pivotal factor in prognosticating Walker, but if he's able to break the pattern of lower-body injuries hampering him, it won't be surprising if the 2022 second-round pick outperforms his ADP in 2025 fantasy drafts.
