  • Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Swats homer Sunday

Betts went 1-for-5 with a solo home run Sunday in a 7-3 win against the Cardinals.

Betts hit the only long ball of the game on either side, belting a solo shot to left field in the seventh inning. It was his first home run since he went deep twice against Arizona on May 19. Betts seems to be picking things up at the plate, going 9-for-16 with three extra-base hits, three runs and two RBI with just one strikeout over his past four games.

  • Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Another multi-hit game

Betts went 3-for-4 with a double in Friday's 5-0 loss to the Cardinals.

Betts recorded three hits for the fourth time this season, but he wasn't able to cross home plate as the Dodgers were blanked for the fourth time this season. Betts was diagnosed with a fractured toe Monday, but he has gone 7-for-14 with three runs scored and one RBI since.

  • Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Perfect day at plate

Betts went 2-for-2 with a double, two walks, two runs scored and a RBI during Thursday's 6-5 win over the Mets.

Betts shook of an 0-for-4 performance Wednesday by reaching all four times he batted Thursday, including a run-scoring double in the third inning that started a four-run comeback by the Dodgers. That knock snapped a 10-game skid by the 32-year-old without an extra-base hit. The showing brought his OPS up to .751, but he's still well short of the .863 OPS he posted during the 2024 regular season.

  • Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Two hits in return

Betts (toe) went 2-for-5 with a run scored in Tuesday's 6-5 extra-inning win over the Mets.

Betts missed nearly a week while dealing with a fracture on the tip of a toe on his left foot. The 32-year-old returned to his usual spot at shortstop and played all 10 innings, so it looks like he'll be good to go as long as he avoids setbacks. Prior to his absence, he had gone six games without a multi-hit effort. Betts is at a .257/.339/.405 slash line, eight home runs, 31 RBI, 43 runs scored and five stolen bases over 54 contests this season, and it wouldn't be surprising if he took a cautious approach on the basepaths until his toe is 100 percent.

  • Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Ready to go Tuesday

Betts (toe) is starting at shortstop and batting second Tuesday against the Mets, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Betts has been sidelined nearly a week due to a fracture on the tip of a toe on his left foot, but he's apparently ready to rejoin the lineup after missing four games. The 32-year-old wasn't exactly in his best form leading up to the absence, as he's gone 4-for-25 with three walks in his past six contests.

  • Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Expected to start Tuesday

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts confirmed after Monday's 4-3 extra-inning loss to the Mets that Betts (toe) is expected to return to the lineup Tuesday, Alden Gonzalez of ESPN.com reports.

A fracture on the tip of a toe on his left foot has kept Betts from playing since last Wednesday, but he demonstrated notable progress Monday, despite being held out of the lineup for a fourth game in a row. He was able to take part in pregame fielding and baserunning drills and was reportedly available to pinch hit if needed, but the Dodgers ultimately stayed away from him. Assuming Betts isn't dealing with any unexpected soreness when he reports to Dodger Stadium on Tuesday, he should step back into his usual roles at shortstop and as the team's No. 2 hitter.

  • Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Out Monday, aiming to play Tuesday

Betts (toe) remains out of the lineup for Monday's game versus the Mets.

Betts will miss out on a fourth straight start after he sustained a fractured left big toe. Per Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times, Betts ran the bases and went through fielding drills pregame Monday and hopes to return to action Tuesday. He will be available to pinch hit if needed in the series opener, per DodgerInsider.com.

  • Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Should return soon

Bett (toe), who is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Yankees, said he's feeling better and expects to rejoin the starting lineup within the next couple days, Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times reports.

The 32-year-old's absence from the lineup Sunday for a third straight game isn't surprising after he sustained a fracture in his left big toe Wednesday, but he doesn't appear likely to require a stint on the injured list. After sitting out all three games against the Yankees this weekend, Betts could be back in action during the upcoming four-game series versus the Mets, which begins Monday.

  • Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Tending to broken toe

Betts said Friday that he has a fractured toe on his left foot but expects to miss just "a couple of days," Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Betts underwent X-rays Friday and sat out the first game of a weekend set against the Yankees due to the toe injury. The imaging appears to have revealed a fracture, but the severity may be minor, given Betts' indication that he could be back in the lineup shortly. Betts told Hernandez that the injury happened when he banged the toe against a wall while walking to the bathroom in the dark, and the star shortstop described the consequence of the fracture as "just pain." Manager Dave Roberts commented after Friday's win over New York that he doesn't expect Betts to require a stint on the injured list, and while Roberts indicated that Betts isn't likely to return to the starting lineup for either of the final two games of the series, he could be available to pinch hit, per Sonja Chen of MLB.com.

  • Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Dealing with toe injury

Betts will get X-rays after injuring a toe on his left foot Wednesday, Alden Gonzalez of ESPN.com reports.

Manager Dave Roberts said Friday that Betts stubbed his left toe at home Wednesday and is considered day-to-day until results from the X-ray come back. Miguel Rojas -- who is starting at shortstop against the Yankees on Friday -- would stand to see more playing time if Betts is forced to the injured list. Betts has slashed .258/.336/.402 with three steals, four home runs and 12 RBI in 110 plate appearances since the beginning of May.

  • Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Two solo homers in loss

Betts went 2-for-4 with two solo home runs in Monday's 9-5 loss to the Diamondbacks.

Betts' last four multi-hit efforts have been against Arizona, but he went just 3-for-20 with two steals and four RBI over six games against the Athletics and Angels last week. The 32-year-old is at a .263/.350/.444 slash line with eight homers 30 RBI, 39 runs scored and five stolen bases over 45 contests this season.

  • Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Reaches three times in blowout

Betts went 1-for-1 with two walks, three runs and an RBI in Thursday's 19-2 romp over the Athletics.

All of Betts' plate appearances came in the first three innings, with his RBI coming on a single in the second. The Dodgers held a 13-2 lead at that point, so manager Dave Roberts elected to give Betts and a few other regulars some extra rest by pulling them from the contest. Betts has collected at least one RBI in four straight contests and is slashing .339/.397/.51 with two homers, 20 runs, 15 RBI and two stolen bases over his past 15 games.

Betts went 2-for-5 with an RBI and a stolen base Friday in a 14-11 victory versus the Diamondbacks.

Over that stretch, Betts is slashing .368/.419/.526 with a home run, 10 RBI, 13 runs and a 4:4 BB:K.
